You came looking for the 2027 military pay chart. Straight answer: there isn’t a final one, because Congress hasn’t settled the raise. But the proposals on the table are detailed enough that you can pin down your own 2027 number today, with decent accuracy, in about a minute. Let’s do that first, then look at the two charts fighting it out in Washington.
The fast route is the US Military Pay Calculator. It already has a 2026-to-Est.-2027 toggle on the main screen, which no other iOS pay app does. Set your rank and time in service once, switch to the 2027 view, and there’s your projected base pay plus the exact monthly and annual increase. Think of it as your personal pay-chart preview, minus the giant grid.

Two versions of the 2027 chart
Right now there are two competing 2027 charts, and they are not close.
The House chart (tiered)
The House Armed Services Committee raises base pay on a sliding scale: 7% for E-5 and below, 6% for E-6 through O-3, and 5% for O-4 and above. On a chart like this, the rows don’t all move by the same amount. Junior enlisted jump the most. If it survives, it’s the largest single-year raise since 2002.
The Senate chart (flat)
The Senate threw out the tiers and went with one number: 3.6% for everyone. Every row climbs by the same percentage. Cleaner to read, but a noticeably smaller bump for the junior ranks than the House plan delivers.
Which one becomes the real chart
Neither, yet. Both live inside competing versions of the FY2027 defense bill. The two chambers reconcile them in conference, both pass the compromise, and the President signs before any 2027 chart is official. Figure on that playing out over the coming months. The smart play in the meantime is to model your own grade under both numbers instead of refreshing news sites waiting for a screenshot.
Read your own row, right now
This is the whole point of the 2027 toggle. Instead of hunting a wall-sized grid for the square where your rank meets your years of service, you set those two fields and read your projected pay straight off, with the raise over 2026 already worked out in dollars. It turns a vague “up to 7%” into a number that means something to you.

Don’t wait for the official chart
When the final 2027 chart is signed, your figures firm up on their own as the data updates inside the app. For now, the iOS 2027 projection is the closest preview you’ll find anywhere, and it costs nothing to check. Pull your row before the conference negotiations shift the numbers again.
These percentages are FY2027 committee proposals, current as of June 2026 and not yet signed into law. The app projects 2027 pay from the same proposals.
